A film dedicated to the brave Chamonix Guides.
By accompanying candidates for the brevet, with five years of apprenticeship at the National School of Ski and Mountaineering, in France, the film also evokes, thanks to the archives and the testimonies, the great mountaineers founders of the trade and its values. He questions the durability when the number of tourists and accidents increase in Mont Blanc.
