Seraing, the birthplace of the Belgian steel industry, has been
stagnating for some time. Painful industrial restructuring has left the work force more and more disillusioned. The young when assessing the situation can, for the most part, only look forward to unemployment. The bright hope, football, is under a cloud because of a suspect bankruptcy. The mayor, a young lion from the majority party, is implicated in corruption scandals. The film brings together all the elements in this crazy situation.
