Lands of confusion" is about a journey through Europe, starting in Ceuta, a Spanish enclave on the coast of Morocco, and ending in Berlin. From one face to the next, the film takes us from the South to the North.
The presence and shared experiences of each character encountered en route bear witness to what it means to be an illegal immigrant in Europe today. Each of them raises the question of what flavour, odour and colour we wish our future to have.
