Between 1976 an 1983, the argentine military dictatorship god rid of 30,000 people.
Victor Basterra is one of a few survivors of the ESMA, main torture and extermination camp. Under the abuse, the photographer agreed to reproduce ID pictures of his tortures, gorgers, but also kept doubles of it. Key witness is photographs constituted irrefutable evidences against these criminals. He testifies on his detention, and resistance, still risking his life – many of these criminals are unpunished.
