Jack embarque sa mère pour un road trip en tandem jusqu’à Paris, direction « l’hôtel le plus chic du monde ».
Sur leur monture improbable, suivi par la camionnette rassurante de Baba la grand-mère, Jack et Sarah partent à la découverte du monde et d’eux-mêmes.
Pour ce grand ado joyeusement inadapté au réel, ce sera l’occasion de s’évader de ses obsessions, de commenter tout et n’importe quoi, de donner libre cours à sa poésie débridée et rigolote, et de multiplier les rencontres qui jalonnent la route de Bruxelles à Paris.
