Portrait of Andrée De Jonghe, leader of a resistance network, during the 40-45 war.
An escape network during the Second World War, the Comète line was created at the end of the summer of 1941, in Belgium at the initiative of Andrée De Jongh, known as “Petit Cyclone”. Through its exclusive story where we discover an exceptional strength of character, the film traces the life of the Resistance and the clandestine passage of the Somme and the Pyrenees by some eight hundred British airmen and allies. The main thread of the portrait of “Petit Cyclone” is an interview with Andrée DE JONGH, crossed interviews with resistant allies. The main episodes of the journey to freedom are reconstructed by scenes of fiction.
