As useful and necessary as they are, we usually watch them with the distance, maybe by chance, early in the morning, as they roam the empty street.

The dustman is the one who remains backstage, the one we rarely see, taking care of the remains of our hectic day-to-day life.
Thanks to him, the party can go on. Our appreciation of his work is as discreet as his way. Rarely let him know about it, as we are simply sure of it: the “mess” will be taken, destroyed and forgotten.
Nobody really cares about it. But behind this “magic trick”, a man works hard to make a living, and our life better.
