A man walks from Brussels to Panne. Subjective vision of the North of Belgium and the people who live there.
A fictitious character crosses half of Belgium, walking from Brussels to La Panne. He meets real people and goes to real places during his journey. There are stories and memories which everyone, no matter, how anonymous, share with the other inhabitants of the region. This documentary film is a subjective portrait of the “North” and of the people who live there in 1992.
